Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable bus ticket booking service. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted, cancellations accepted, and changes made to your bookings.
2. Cancellations by Passengers
2.1. Cancellations 24 Hours Before Departure
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a partial refund. An administrative fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
2.2. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Cancellations by the Company
3.1. If we cancel a bus service due to operational reasons (e.g., mechanical failure, route changes, or severe weather conditions), you will be notified as soon as possible.
3.2. In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, you will be given the option to:
- Receive a full refund for the canceled service.
- Rebook your ticket for an alternative bus service of your choice, subject to availability.
4. Changes and Amendments to Bookings
4.1. Changes to your booking, including rescheduling or altering the passenger details, may be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
4.2. A rebooking fee may apply, and any difference in fare will need to be paid at the time of the change.
4.3. Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled departure may not be accommodated, and in such cases, the original booking conditions will apply.
5. No-Show Policy
5.1. Passengers who fail to board the bus at the specified departure point and time will be considered a “no-show.”
5.2. No-shows are not eligible for any refund or ticket rebooking. Please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
6. Refund Processing
6.1. Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
6.2. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
6.3. Administrative fees or service charges may apply to refunds and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. Non-Refundable Services
7.1. Some services, such as special promotional fares, group bookings, or seasonal offers, may be labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
7.2. These tickets will be clearly marked, and no refunds or changes will be allowed for such bookings.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. If you believe that your refund or return request has been unfairly denied, you may contact our customer service team within 14 days of the request.
8.2. We will review the case and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
